Orientation Spring 2014

Orientation is a time where are current managers- Rose, Paige, Andrew and Sabrina- teach our new apprentices the ropes. The following tasks where included in this Spring's orientation

• Learning how to use the cash register
• How to make a blog post
• Pricing clothes
• Seeing our scary and spooky basement and how we organize clothes
• How promotions and ads work (both physical and digital ones for social media). 
• Taking pictures for profiles
• and of course having fun!

    Orientation is a great way for both the managers and apprentices a like to brush up on their skills (or learn new ones). We are always looking for new and better ways to make Express Yourself Clothing a wonderful and enjoyable experience every time you shop here. It's been almost a month since orientation and the apprentices are beginning to get into a routine now of what they are expected to do here at the store. As a manger myself, I always appreciate getting new and fresh perspectives of how the store could potentially be. We at Express Yourself Clothing hope to see you in our store soon. Kachina: What trends I am looking forward to seeing this spring

  Hey, it's Kachina from Express Yourself Clothing. I don't really think
I have an style, if I think it's cute I'll wear it. But I like vintage clothing
that people would wear in the 80s/90s. This spring I'm looking
forward to high waist shorts, and crop tops well if it's warm enough.
I really want a pair of studded high waist shorts, because I think they
are really cute, and a this super cute swimsuit.

Dresses

Hi!

My name is Iyanna Davis. Currently,  I am seeing a lot of trends for prom . All of these (dresses) are very pretty. The ones that I am seeing that are popular/trendy are ones that have open backs as well as lace. Both of these trends can be seen on both long and short dresses on the runway right now. Personally,  I like the short dresses. The store has pretty and beautiful dresses that are perfect for prom and dances coming up this school year. I hope everyone stops by the store and checks out our wide selection of dresses that we have for this upcoming year!
